Refund and Returns Policy
We stand by our products wholeheartedly and strive to bring satisfaction to our users every day. However, we understand that our IPTV subscription plans may not always meet everyone’s needs. If you’re not content with your purchase or encounter an issue that renders our service unusable and cannot be resolved, we’re more than willing to process a refund.
How to Request a Refund:
To initiate a refund request, please keep your transaction order ID handy and send an email with the subject “Request for refund.” In the email, describe the issues you’re experiencing and the reasons for your refund request. In certain cases, we may request evidence, and we’ll provide you with evidence of our efforts to explain our perspective and decision more comprehensively and transparently.
Please acknowledge that we cannot issue refunds due to technical issues unless you allow us a reasonable opportunity to resolve them and assist you. If we’re unable to resolve your issue within 48 hours, we’ll proceed with a refund. Feel free to contact our 24/7 live support if you require assistance.
Refunds can only be requested within 72 hours of the purchase date. After this period, we cannot process refunds.
For credit card payments, refunds are typically processed, and funds are returned to the customer’s bank account within 20 to 31 working days. However, there may be instances where refunds take longer, possibly up to 90 days. Please note that these time frames and delays are beyond our control, as we are the IPTV service provider, not the payment processor.
Full refunds will only be granted for purchases made within 72 hours. For all other refund requests, the refund amount will be prorated based on the duration of subscription usage. Our iptvright support team will communicate with users in all refund cases.
Note: Refunds generally take 20 to 90 working days to process, and we have limited control over shortening this period. Our payment processors handle refund requests. We will endeavor to process refund requests promptly upon receipt and verification of user information.
We Will Not Issue Refunds or Partial Refunds if:
- The customer is dissatisfied with the channel lineup or performance. We strongly recommend customers try our service before purchasing a 1 to 12-month package.
- The user is unable to set up their own box and system at their end. We will provide our best support for setting up boxes, devices, apps, and systems based on predefined configuration steps.
- Some channels experience freezing, buffering, or intermittent issues. While our servers are generally stable, occasional channel disruptions may occur due to various factors, usually temporary in nature. These reasons may include customer internet fluctuations, device setup issues, ISP problems, server-side channel downtime, customer requests for changes, server updates or restarts (performed weekly for performance reasons), among others.
- In cases where users or customers cannot access their IPTV subscription for 48 hours or more due to server issues or problems caused by us, we will issue a full refund for the package price or add the lost time to your subscription for free, along with some additional bonuses that we can discuss together.
Note: Refund requests for 24-hour trials will not be accepted.
